This type of survey is designed for properties small to medium in size of modern construction that have not undergone major structural changes.

The surveyor carries out a thorough visual and non-intrusive inspection of the whole property, which includes the building fabric and construction materials used. The inspection looks at all internal and external areas and outbuildings contained within the boundary, including walls and fences.
