As an independent surveyor, we can offer surveys at competitive rates with a simple booking system that allows us to carry out the survey you require and produce detailed reports. Meet Our Owner
Over 35 years of experience
My career has spanned over 35 years in the residential construction industry. After completing my apprenticeship as a carpenter in 1990, I gradually moved up the ladder into residential project management and then retrained as a RICS residential surveyor. Along the way, I have renovated countless residential projects and built bespoke houses. Throughout my career, I have built up a network of professionals that includes architects, surveyors, and quality tradesmen, which I can rely on to provide knowledge assistance and solutions. As a company, we are always trying to evolve and improve our service to our clients. With rising energy costs, we have taken a particular interest in how green technologies can improve our homes and help reduce energy costs in all types of homes.
